Ready to explore snowy trails with your dog — without stress or second-guessing? Join us for a hands-on workshop designed to help dog owners learn how to snowshoe safely and confidently with their canine companions. In this workshop, you’ll learn: ~ How to introduce your dog to snowshoes and winter gear without overwhelm ~ Leash handling and trail etiquette to prevent tangles, pulling, and unwanted encounters ~ Safety considerations for cold-weather outings (paw care, hypothermia risks, gear choices, and more) ~ How to set your dog up for success around other hikers, skiers, and wildlife ~ Tips for choosing appropriate trails and reading your dog’s body language in winter conditions Whether you want peaceful solo outings or social group treks, this workshop will help you build the foundation for safe, enjoyable winter adventures together! Class will meet outdoors The Barrington Town Forest in Barrington NH. Cost of this class is $60 with 4 dogs maximum. Class meets on January 11th 12-1:30pm.
